Sunny, cool and very windy....we went to breakfrast at "Talk of the Town" (a favorite from last year) and then drove to Pine Island (Bokeelia and St. James City). Shopped at the new Surfside shops in Cape Coral and had yummy treat at "The Ice Cream Club".

The pier at Bokeelia. Had planned to ride our bikes, (great bike path on the island) but with the strong winds, we wimped out!
Can't see this really clear, but across the water on a sandbar, an approximately 10' alligator was sunning himself here in the park today.

Can't see this really clear, but across the water on a sandbar, an approximately 10' alligator was sunning himself here in the park today.Rode our bikes to Skip 1 Seafoods and brought one "Fisherman's Platter" back to Daisy - very good and very fresh! This place is on Tamiami Trail (close to RV park) and always packed!
