Welcome to October and what a weird weather day......we were off to VisionPoint for 8 AM eye check-up. All is good and I'm 20/20 (gee, something good with those 4 numbers, after the nasty 2020 we've been living with)! Dr. Pinter will see me in 2 weeks for hopefully, the last check-up.
We stopped at Original House of Pancakes for carry out - I had pancakes and Mark, a waffle. Liam had told us that they've had this place deliver. Sure didn't know that, but will remember when we're at Eastland Suites in December.
Sky got really dark on our way home and soon the heavens opened up big time. Hurried to get inside Flo and enjoyed out breakfast. A little later the sun came out with beautiful deep blue sky. A few hours later, it got dark again and another downpour. Then sun and few hours later, more rain. Strange!!! And it was only in the 50's with strong winds. And this went on FIVE times!!!
I enjoyed this lazy day reading a good book and Mark worked on his computer stuff.
