A rainy, cool day here in Port Huron. We rented a car and ran several errands. More of the same weather coming tomorrow, so we'll probably stay over another day before venturing on down the St. Clair River.
The economy has not been kind to this city as there are many empty stores in the downtown and outlying area - even some of the chains didn't make it! We walked downtown tonight and had dinner at The Black River Cafe in an old building with the original brick walls, tin ceiling, and wooden floors - charming and delicious!!!
