What a day in Put-In-Bay (known as the Key West of the Midwest and famous for its many bars, boats and Mardi Gras beads)! It was a warm, sunny day and after going out for breakfast, we did laundry and cleaned Catrina inside and out! Around 2:15, it started sprinkling and whoaaaa.....all downhill from there with a tremendous storm that lasted 3+ hours producing very high winds, very heavy rain and lots of hail. In all our years of boating, this was the worst storm we've encountered and very thankful to be tied up to the dock!

Some of the ice (hail) that landed on Catrina - with all the rain, couldn't get a better picture!

This is the famous "Boardwalk", one of the top ten waterfront bars in the USA. It's one of only 2 bars on the Great Lakes to earn this distinction (the other is Green Bay) - neat place!!!

Perry Memorial in honor of Commodore Oliver Perry who took down the British Navy and won the first US Naval fleet action.
