I did some fall cleaning today - closets, drawers, rearranged furniture, etc. Ryan leaves tomorrow for his 6-month deployment in the Persian Gulf. It was an emotional day for me - so proud of what he's accomplished and in awe that my "Baby" is landing on aircraft carriers; but also as a Mom, the worry genes and tears are close at hand! Mark is happily settled on his boat tonight in Annapolis.
Liam and Connor are spending the weekend with me, so a nice diversion from my emotions and they sure know how to boost my spirits!!!
The boys found some pacifiers and did the "pretend" baby thing!
Reading new "Clifford" books before nite nite time
