A fun day on Jacksonville Beach....or Jax Bch. Mark ran some errands in the morning including getting FL license plates for our truck.
We left the campground at 9:30 and checked into the Courtyard Marriott for 1 night. Met Ryan in the lobby for coffee and getting tickets for family/friends coming tomorrow.
Walked 1/2 mile to centerpoint and enjoyed the practice this afternoon on the beach! It was a nice warm day, but later on a cool front came thru - very windy and going to be 10 degrees cooler tomorrow!
Back to our room to rest a bit, shower and then dinner at Monkey's Uncle Tavern - very good!
Had drinks with Ryan and friend, Brooke and then joined by Mark (former flight surgeon) and Heather from Annapolis and Frank (#6) and Bethany. Fun evening!
