Tuesday - November 19

Busy day starting with visit to Dr. Novotny (my orthoedpic) to see what's going on with my left shoulder.    One year ago he gave me a cortisone shot and shoulder has been great, but the past 6 weeks have been really painful, so....

X-rays were taken and discussed a possible scope procedure to see if there's a tear in my rotator cuff?    Yikes....sure hope not.    But then decided to do the injection and hope for another good, pain free year.

It was an ugly morning with chilly temps and rain.    We drove to Starbucks and met Bob and Linda.    Enjoyed our hot drinks, visited a bit and then we girls set off for the shops.    The guys had several errands, too.    We met for lunch at Rob Dobs - new restaurant in town - it is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our lunch and drinks.     More shopping (girls) and errands (guys).     The guys finished before us and back to Eastland Suites for naps.    The tradition of our annual "Dinges Christmas shopping/lunch outing" was most successful and fun!

 Ryan has successfully delivered the band equipment to Atlanta. 

  Mark and I are happy to be in tonight with the cozy afghan and our warm, comfy bathrobes from storage!!!
