Woke up to fog/haze and some light rain. It really turned steamy with high humidity so we turned on the AC. Had misty rain off and on with little spurts of sunshine Made waffles (frozen) and sausage for breakfast and then I started in with the laundry, we both exercised and Mark was hard at the computer (training his brain) doing a bunch of logistics for upcoming trips - NC in March and then our route from Bloomington to Brewerton, NY (several stops along the way visiting family and friends) and then reunite with Catrina. This will be mid May thru Memorial Day weekend.
Went for a walk and had a good visit with Brenda who gave us some scoop in the park - not the best scoop as 2 residents recently took bad falls - broken hip and broken ankle.
Got my Valentine cards ready for Monday's mail.
We walked across the street late this afternoon for wine, beer and snacks topped off with wonderful chocolate cake at Buddy and JoAnn's, We sat under their beautiful tiki hut and had great fun chatting away. They are from NC and not too far from our kiddos
