Saturday - February 8

Beautiful sunny day in the 70's.    We ran some errands and then met Shirley and Dick (high school classmates of mine) for lunch at The Boathouse.   So fun catching up (they live in Dixon (Mark's hometown)and spend 2 months in Naples.

After lunch we walked around passing the boats, fire pit, beach area, swimming pool, and then back to Cypress Trail.    Sat on the patio and had little Valentine mini cakes.    Went for a walk in the park and then said our good byes.    Looking forward to seeing them again in March.

Was really bummed this morning when Kevin (landscaper) stopped by to look at our downed bougainvillea and not sure it will make it.   He put it upright with pole and zap.....cut all the beautiful blooms down and this is end result.....

We shall see!  Doesn't look too promising to me!
