Hope it's been a wonderful day for all you Moms, Grandmas, Aunts, Godmothers, etc. The weather today was another story....lots of rain overnight and continuing into the morning with strong winds and cold temps. UGH!!!!!
We went to 10:00 Mass at Holy Trinity with Anne, Liam, Connor and friend, Blaise who is spending the weekend with the Campbells (parents are out of town). Afterwards we all went to Rob Dobs for delicious brunch. Back to Anne's for a nice afternoon visiting, playing some card games and eating a delicious angel food cake with strawberries/cream cheese/whipped cream that Anne made. I did 1 load of laundry, too.
Phone calls from my 3 boys, Annette, Luke, Maeve and Brooke rounded out the day! And finally around 3:15, the sun came out - still so chilly with the strong winds and 52.
Back to KK and Mark got Big Red hitched up to Flo and tomorrow, we are "back on the road" again after dentist appts.
