I had therapy at 9:30 - good workout and used a new machine, then the heat stimulus and icing. As I was finishing up with the icing, some surprise visitors stopped by (Brooke and boys). We all walked downtown and shopped a bit and met Michael and Mark for lunch at Verandah's (very good - my BLT had fried green tomatoes for the "tomato" part)! Michael and Mark took our car to Panama City as tomorrow we're all going by boat to our new destination.
Brady and Grandma took a nap, Mark defrosted the freezer and cleaned out the fridge and then took the "D's" for a dinghy ride. And then pool time!
When we came back from lunch, there were PDQ's on either side of us - met some nice folks who are traveling together (one from The Villages, FL and the other from Tobermory, Ontario). Catrina is in the middle (backed into slip)!
