We left Clewiston at 7 AM.....2 more locks and 55 miles later, we are at the Sunset Bay Marina in Stuart. Had threatening skies all morning, then a few sprinkles after arriving, but sun came out and another pretty Florida day.
Philip, Annette, and Ryan met us (brought our car) and we had a great lunch and visit at Sailor's Return here in the marina. We were here in January, 2010.....nice place!
Said our good-byes to the kids....

Hi Pat: Been meaning to send a note about the Bog of your Tiger Cruise, but time just seems to get away from me these days. Don't seem to be getting anything done either. I really, really loved the journal of your trip on the Stennis. It was so humbling to see what these young men and women do for our country and has to be so uplifting to see this up close and personal. How proud we as a country have to be of them. Oh, you mentioned saying goodbye to the kids. Are you on your way to the islands now? Getting excited about our trip to the Abacos and planning on what to pack. I really need to lose about ten pounds that I have managed to pack on in about six months. Can't seem to curb my appetite these days and really have to get a handle on this after supper snacking. Anyway if you are on your way to the islands, safe cruising and wishes for good weather. By the way Davis's team won their first game in their basketball tournament today. Guess that is where some of my time disappears. Went for Grandparents Day at Concordia for Brady yesterday and back to ballgame today. Don't get much done traveling to Hickory two days in a row. Anyway, we do enjoy seeing the boys activities so what is at home to do can always wait. Drew won his first golf match this week too, but not sure we could see these. Will have to check on that. I know Bob would love to walk along and check out his golf matches.
Love, Judy
