Thursday - May 15

Got back to exercising this morning and after breakfast, we were off to St, Michaels via Catrina - test drive to see how she runs and also check out the dinghy.   We anchored in San Domingo Creek (south end of St. Michaels) and took the dinghy ashore.    Everything ran smoothly.    We walked into town (love this place), but just checked out a few shops and then back to Catrina as the winds were picking up and storms are in the forecast.    Ride over was nice 'n smooth - not so coming back.    Only 12 miles, but we were pounding and getting wet (moved to the lower station quickly as water was coming up over the bridge)!

Back into our slip in Oxford about 1:30, had lunch and then a leisurely afternoon of reading, napping and catching up on e-mails.   Winds are very strong, so glad to be back "home"!    Tomorrow, the forecast is for 100% chance of rain!   We went to The Masthead for dinner (lobster grilled cheese for me and Mark had the crab cake sandwich - both delish)!    Drove around town and found some lovely areas of newer homes on the water we had not seen before.    Parked the truck and went for a walk!
