Hello from Palm Coast, FL. We left Lake James at 7 AM - stopped at the Small Town Coffee Roasters in Rutherfordton for coffee and I had a "many-day-old" gingerbread scone! 😣 So, McDonalds was close by and that took care of our breakfast needs.
It was a good day of travel with lots of sunshine and a high of 57. Traffic was pretty light (we avoided the interstates as long as we could), but once we were around Jacksonville.....another story for sure!!! Glad to be here and after settling in our room, we walked across the street to Manny's - very good pizza and Mark enjoyed his sausage parmesan sandwich.
