LIAM

 ,

My oh my how can Liam be 18!    He is such a neat young man who is handsome, smart, polite, athletic (hockey, golf, swimming), and has a great sense of humor.   And now he's in the process of checking out which college is best for him!  Whoaaaa...life needs to S L O W down!

Bob and Linda arrived at 8:45 and we all went to Buckingham Farms for delicious breakfast.
They left around 10:30 - we sure packed in a lot of FUN these past 2 days and of course, all the good eating.   Plenty of leftovers the next few days!   We'll see them in Lakeland in March.   It's cooler today and windy.

Mark, Pat, Linda, Bob at Buckingham Farms

We drove downtown to the Fort Myers ArtFest which is a very big event - sooo many people, sooo many vendors, sooo much food and beautiful merchandise (lots of paintings, photography, art, metal sculpture, jewelry, etc.) from all over the country.   I was hoping some of the vendors Allie and I saw at the Venice show last Saturday would be there, but not the case.    We also renewed our library cards - good for 2 years.

I got this sign at the Venice ArtFest last week - Mark hung it a few days ago!

Walked around downtown which was a happening place!    So exciting to see more new businesses opening, restaurants reopening after Ian, etc.   And we saw the new location for Peter's Coffee/Ice Cream but still a ways off from opening.   Came home and took naps and then walked in the park,

Finally heard that the car part for Little Navy (emission valve canister) has come in, so that's on the agenda for Wednesday.
