Thursday - January 15

Rained early this morning and then off and on - a dreary day as temperature dropped and became very windy!

Michael and Janet arrived at 9:45.   Janet and I walked to the clubhouse and played Rummikub in the library with Nancy and Marsha.   Fun morning with Janet the winner.

Mark and Michael stayed on Flo with their Ipads.    Janet and I walked home and she printed off several papers for their upcoming cruise.   They were off for shopping and lunch.   Mark and I had a quiet afternoon - a good day to hunker down!

We had leftovers for lunch from the Gatlin show and leftovers from Connor's for dinner.

Diane from Connecticut and a euchre and canasta buddy, arrived yesterday for the season and stopped by - she and her hubby (he's 70 today) are renters so on a different lot each season.    This year they are just 3 doors away - yeah!!!   Diane is from Poland and such a sweet gal.

We played euchre tonight and had a nice crowd of 6 tables - some new folks and the familiar euchre fans.    No wins for us but still fun.

Since it was so windy and chilly, we drove Ruby instead of walk.    This was outside the clubhouse.....waiting for the COLD overnight temps.   Gotta protect the pretty flowers.
