A fun day with Claire. First, I went to "Coffee Rush", a new stand-alone drive-thru coffee/breakfast spot near the Hyatt Hotel. It opened 2 months ago and the gal at the window said her parents who live in Oregon opened this place and have plans for more locations (1 in Cape Coral and 3 in Fort Myers)- wow....great news!
Then onto Anthony's for some retail therapy with Claire. Went to Bell Tower shops and ended up at the Burntwood Tavern (new place for us) - delicious lunch (we shared an appetizer and flatbread pizza). Definitely will return.
Bye bye till Thursday when we have more plans....
On home and caught up with Mark and our day....went for a walk later and met Bill and Penny from NC who have friends who are friends with our NC kiddos. They just arrived a few days ago.
Last night we stayed up till the end of the very exciting college football championship game between Indiana and Miami. Indiana finished the season 16-0 and won the game 27-20....a real thriller!
