Wednesday - March 25

Oh what a glorious day here in North Carolina.    After all the rain (1.3" and fog), today is sunny and the springtime budding of trees and grass are sooo green and fresh

Exactly 6 months ago today was Patrick's funeral.. we processed into Holy Trinity for his Mass to this song (not this magnificent choir, but Holy Trinity's choir)!   .

And after Mass, we walked out of church to "When the Saints Go Marching In" which I heard on the oldies station yesterday....Plenty of tears and memories from these songs!

We went for 2 walks, went to online Mass (Feast of the Annunciation) and said the rosary outdoors.   Also sat outdoors and read - absolutely gorgeous day...

The hunor and funnies continue online making us laugh....and as horrific as this pandemic is, the connection between family and friends is wonderful!!!

It's been fun to keep up with the folks at Cypress Trail thru the activities page on FB  - their travels, what's going on in the park, etc.  Keep those food trucks coming 3x a week - very popular and oh-so-good, appreciated and needed!

A "little" bit more interaction tonight - Michael grilled out and then we did our Italian Sausages (separately).    Kept our distance, but finally got to see some of the family.    Blair is guesstimating 6' or more!!!  Also, enjoyed Annette, Luke and Maeve on facetime..

Our home for now....
