Tuesday - January 7

Very windy today and only in the 50's.....we Marathoners were bundled up for sure!    But just a short cold spell and tomorrow, back in the upper 70's.

Heard they called in the National Guard back home - unreal how many are still stranded or unable to get out of their homes!

We had a leisurely morning, then went for a walk (bundled up) and off to spend a very enjoyable afternoon with Jane and Joe.    With the heat on, good snacks, cold and hot drinks and 10 games of euchre (Mark and Joe tied Jane and me), we had lots of laughs for sure!   Thanks to Jane for offering their washing machine/dryer....I did a load of laundry (it's $3 a load here at the marina/RV park).    We took a break during the card games and went for a brisk walk - burrrrr.....

Big news today is the arrival of our great niece born to our nephew David and Ashley in
 Jefferson City, Missouri.
The blog is giving me fits tonight not letting me post pictures?    I have a new one of
Baby Emerie Christine....but???
Also have a cute one of Luke all bundled up in his stroller with the caption
"I'm confused....thought we lived in FL"?
And then, a new one of Blair.....all these sweet babies but can't share them - maybe tomorrow?
Arrgghhhhhh!!!!!!
Thinking of my friend, Barb tonight and wishing her a smooth, full recovery from hip
 replacement surgery today!
