Thursday - June 11

Beautiful sunny day.    We each left KK at 8:20 (Mark in Big Red and me in rental car) and headed to East Peoria and Uftring Ford for oi and filter change (50,000 mile check-up).    We then came back together and went to Anne's.    Mark and the boys had several projects they worked on and later I picked up lunch from Panera and took to Claire's.    A lovely day to sit on her deck under the umbrella and eat, drink (iced tea) and chat the afternoon away from a distance.    Later we had red velvet cake and ice cream!    Delightful afternoon.

Back to Anne's and did some spray painting of wicker tables, laundry and sat and yakked with Anne after she got off work.    The boys had friends over and used their raft on the lake.

Liam has been grilling but hadn't done burgers yet, so tonight with a little help from grandpa, we had delicious cheese burgers, baked beans, cole slaw and pasta salad for supper.    Sat on the porch - gorgeous evening.    Back to KK and settled in for the night with windows open and nice fresh breeze.
