Sunday - September 11

We remember 21 years ago today...

Rainy Sunday morning.   We went to 10:00 Mass with Father Stirniman and introduced to the new assistant, Father Peter Okola.    The choir was outstanding with trumpet, tambourines and beautiful voices!    Sat with Anne and boys and then went to Coffee Hound to catch up.

Stopped at storage to drop off some stuff.    Then to Wal Mart but there were 2 security vans parked in front and one of the employees in parking lot said there was a widespread power outage on the west side of town and it was closed???   On home to hunker down - only in the 60's today.

It was a yucky day - chilly, windy, dreary with occasional drizzle.   Around 5 we decided we had been cooped up long enough, so drove to Danvers (7 miles) and had supper at The Vault Bar and Grill.    Good sandwiches and unique place - former bank building that closed during the depression.

Good zoom session with 8 siblings - some were traveling, but plenty of lively discussion!

Have a good week!
