Saturday - May 6

It's a beautiful day for a wedding!    Enjoyed a leisurely morning on Flo and then got gussied up for the big celebration.

What a big day of very special events   - King Charles III coronation; the Kentucky Derby and Matt and Kara's wedding.    Mark and I were married in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Sublette, IL at 1:30 almost 54 years ago.

Today, Matt and Kara were married at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Grove City, OH at 1:30.

Off to the wedding - so beautiful with 5 girls wearing soft green dresses (different styles) and carrying peach and white flowers.    Kara was a gorgeous bride and Matt, a very handsome groom in a charcoal suit with his guy friends wearing lighter grey suits.

We went to the pre reception at the hotel at 4 and then the reception at the Makoy Center at 5.    It was lovely - decorations, food, etc.    A grand time was had by all.
