Saturday - January 4

We left our RV park in Lake Worth at 8:45 - after a few short stops, rain off and on and avoiding some crazy drivers, we arrived in Marathon at 1:00 and are settled in for the next month at the Marathon Marina and RV Park.   There are only 9 spots here, but what a lovely location overlooking the Gulf, lots of palm trees, pool right outside the door and one of our favorite restaurants, Lazy Days just across the parking lot!

We went to 4:00 Mass at San Pablo and then met Jane (cousin and fellow Sublettian friend) and Joe at the Key Colony Inn - delicious as always!    Jane and Joe will be in Marathon this month and we look forward to lots of fun times playing games, eating, etc.    Had a great time last January!       Bummed I didn't get a picture of them!    Lots of yakkin' going on!!!   Next time for sure...

I talked to our friend/neighbor, Marty today - he has a sinus infection, so soon as that clears up, they will schedule surgery (double or triple bypass).   He's in good spirits and has lots of faith in his doctor.

Waiting to hear what's happening back home tomorrow (weather wise)
