HOME on Daisy!!!!
We had a good flight from LA to Chicago (losing 2 hours) and just barely caught the 7:30 bus to take us to Rockford where we had left our car. Pulled into Kamp Komfort at 11:00 PM.
It has been a very enjoyable vacation - first, all the fun in San Francisco with friends and family; 3 days in wine country and finally, Hawaii! Lots of good memories!
We traveled on 5 different airlines (Virgin Air, Alaskan Air, Island Air, United and American).
Unfortunately, Ryan and the team were not able to fly out today (San Diego was to be their stop tonight and onto Pensacola tomorrow). There are some jet issues, so......not flying till Wednesday and probably straight to Jacksonville, FL for this weekend's shows.
When the pilots are traveling this great a distance, they stay together for the refueling - going from San Francisco to Hawaii, they topped off their tanks 13x.

After being gone for past 4 weeks, they are so ready to go home.
Time for unpacking, laundry and catching up tomorrow....but for now,
