Friday - August 21

It's a beautiful day here in Port Clinton.....there will soon be some hustle and bustle going on preparing for tomorrow's big hog roast - an appreciation day for Superior Marine's customers (both in slips here at the marina and those who store their boats for the winter     in heated storage buildings).   AND...our favorite musical duo, Gatlin from Fort Myers will be the entertainment.     Andrea is from Ohio and they perform around the state in the summertime.

I brought a few more things from Flo back to Catrina and caught up on some texts.

Picked up a chicken salad croissant and veggies from Coffee Express to share for lunch - they have excellent chicken salad.    And then I watched the Little League World Series from Williamsport, PA and my cousin's grandson playing - what a thriller with a 1-0 Iowa win.  Can't take much more of these nail biter games in the last inning - making me crazy!!!!!! but so happy for these boys and onto the next game on Sunday.

Philip and Annette's orientation continued today....they are enjoying it all

Our pilot boys
Philip and Annette in the cockpit of the 757 which he'll be flying!

Liam and Connor are home from their 10-day Barcelona adventure - they LOVED it all!!!
Tomorrow they leave for their junior year (Connor at U of Illinois) and senior year (Liam at U of Iowa)

Brady is helping yesterday and today move freshmen into their dorms for the beginning of classes on Monday.

Tonight lots of folks gathered on Bob and Donna's "So Blessed"  for lots of laughs and catching up - had not seen some of these folks all summer - everyone excited about the big hog roast of "Elizabeth" tomorrow!

Nighty night!

Oops....forgot to post this last night!
