Beautiful day in Fort Myers......good to be back to our ole stomping grounds and started the day with 9:00 Mass at St. Columbkille and then to the Coffee Café for breakfast (1/2 hour way, so got a muffin to share, coffee and tea and sat in their nice cozy waiting area - love this place). Stopped at Costco for a few things and then Publix. The shoppers were out a abundance filling their carts with treats for the Big Game.
Big news that our niece, Bridget, is engaged to Adam and planning a 2015 wedding! Yeah....That makes 5 family weddings coming up!!!! Bridget is Mark's sister, Janet and Mike's daughter.
We have many streets here in our RV park and good sidewalks outside, so....hopefully, some good biking coming up this month. Did a short ride this afternoon and checked out the park facilities.
Walked around the park. Several folks sitting outside with their neighbors/friends enjoying the super bowl pre-game stuff and partying. It is a perfect evening!
Had a good chat with Ryan today. While it's really warm daytime in El Centro, CA nights are
chilly (this morning, it was 37)
BEAUTIFUL rendition of the national anthem tonight by Renee Fleming!!!!
