Thursday - February 6

No sun today, but very pleasant and good day to be out and about with friends.    Exercised and then walked around the park,    Kathy and Claire picked me up and we were off to Paula's home for our girls outing and appreciated her doing the driving!   Checked out several shops (Barnes and Noble, Costco, Preppy in Paradise) and then went downtown for wonderful lunch at the Firestone Grille (Kathy and Claire treated me to an early birthday lunch) and what a neat surprise to run into Rich and Doris.     They had just toured the Edison/Ford Homes and were going to have lunch as we were leaving the restaurant.

Wandered around the shops, bought some Norman Love chocolates, had a treat at Starbucks and then on our way!

Rich, the fisherman - no luck though, but he was happy just able to fish when 2 days earlier, he was shoveling snow!

Mark and I had leftovers for supper and packing tonight.    Tomorrow we are off to Venice and North Port to see family and friends.    Be back Saturday afternoon....so taking a few days off from the blog!    Enjoy your weekend!
