Tuesday - May 9

Today is what spring is all about......few sprinkles this morning, and then sunshine and warm temps in the 70's.     After so many chilly, damp days.....everyone was ecstatic!   And good see the dust in the fields as the farmers are back at it with the planting!

We were off to town at 8ish for dermatologist appointments with Dr. Dr. Lucy.    Always good to get our full body scans checked and done for another year (me) and 6 months for Mark.

We stopped at Panera for coffees and then had a few others errands.    While I was getting a manicure, Mark picked up some wine at Binny's.

Mark hung out at the mall, had lunch at Applebee's across the street and then off to eye check-up.    I picked up Donna Rae and we met Paula and her daughter Lucy at Baxter's for lunch and wonderful visit.    For several years, we had gotten together for lunch (along with our friend, Kathy who is nnow in Texas).    But everyone is so busy and time gets away.    Paula and Donna Rae happened to see one another a few weeks ago and they made a plan to get us back together.    What a very enjoyable visit and excellent lunch.

I had about a 20-minute wait for Mark.   He got a good eye report and on back to Daisy and enjoy this gorgeous day!    Went for a walk late afternoon and this evening.
