Monday - May 6

Really tired tonight so this may be a short blog!    Got up at 3:30 AM and Mark took me to the airport for 6:00 flight o Atlanta.   Met Claire at the airport and away we went.     About a 2-hour layover and then 39-minute flight to Charleston.

Took Uber to our hotel (The Ansonborough) and checked in.    Then Claire and I walked to "Hooked" for light lunch and back to our room.   Kathy arrived around 3:45.    So good to all be together and let the chatter begin.

We walked to Poogan's Porch for delicious dinner - so many awesome choices of this wonderful low country food.    This is where Mark had thee best chicken ever several years ago when we were on Catrina........but we girls opted for other choices tonight.   Strolled back to our room and ready to call it a day!

Great lunch at "Hooked"
Crab fritters and crispy brussel sprouts and Kentucky Mules
