Golly......June 1 already!!! Mark and Bill are anchored in the Diversion Channel south of Cape Girardeau, MO tonight. They traveled 116 miles with a current of 5 mph on the Mississippi so were able to go 10 mph. Not seeing too much debris so far...
Here's Bill and glad he's aboard as he has navigated the river systems many times!
Hot and sunny and off to therapy after a 6-day absence. Worked with Lee today - still have freezing going on in the ole shoulder. I ran some errands, got a manicure and then had lunch with the Mid Illini gals (boating friends) at CJ's.

Went for a walk, but so humid out. Supposed to get nasty storms and heavy rain after midnight - not what the river travelers want to hear!
