Friday - March 11

Hot, humid, sunny day!    We walked but it was drippy out there.    Tidied up Flo and the she shed before we left for The Boathouse to meet Sharon and Harry, Barb and John all from Naples (Bloomington/Normal friends) for lunch.    Had a great table by the water and all enjoyed our drinks and meals.    Then we drove to Buckingham Farms for a little shopping from their mini grocery and onto our place.    Sat under the umbrella - very breezy - more cold beverages and then cake roll (red velvet and lemon cream).

Mark, Harry, John, Sharon, Barb, Pat

Great day with fun friends!!!    This group are all parents of twins.     Barb has 2 sets - all girls.   Sharon and I have boy/girl.    We'll see Sharon and Harry on St. Paddy's Day in Naples!

Mark has been working on the logistics for our travels when we leave Fort Myers.     He got the RV reservations taken care of (not always easy with so many travelers these days and filled up parks) from FL to NC to IL.

We walked this evening - so nice after the heat of the day has moved on.

Tomorrow we are going to the big rodeo in Arcadia with friends, Allie and Owen and family, Joe, Joan, Jim and Lydia.    3 of these family members have been hurting.    Lydia (back), Joan (shoulder) and Joe (ankle), so hoping they will be ok and praying for their healing and return to good health.

Love this orange bougainvillea in the park
And this orange bush at park entrance.   No clue what it is?

Enjoy your weekend!   Some strange weather coming!
