Monday - March 7

We walked this morning - mine was a short one as I had to come back and get ready for dermatology appointment (1st time with new FL doctor - Mark Kagen).   I left at 9 and after a short wait, full body scan (he zapped me a few times) I was out of there 20 minutes later.

Got a mani-pedi and a few groceries at Publix.   Several near-empty shelves - no shout, no milk I wanted,  just a few boxes of kleenex.   We had a 70% chance of rain today, but around 3, it came down nicely for less than 10 minutes and had a itty bit later, but that was that!    We need rain badly!!!

Did some laundry and finished packing for our little trip tomorrow thru Thursday.    Driving to St. Petersburg to meet our friend, Mike who we met in NY on our boats.    Mike is originally from Greece and loves to cook, so planning a gourmet Greek lunch for us!     Can't wait.    He winters in St. Pete.    Then we'll be in Lakeland a few days with my brothers and the gals.

Went for a short walk this evening but most of the time was spent visiting with Jim and Lydia.    She sure has had some nasty back/sciatica nerve issues.    Hoping she'll be all better soon.

The boys lost their last hockey game last night 4-3 but Liam scored a goal.    They've had a very busy, fun season.

So, no blog till Thursday....
