Another breezy day....we went to 9:30 Mass at St. Francis Xavier with Father Steve. Nice to be back and see familiar faces.
Then to The Oasis (a favorite Sunday breakfast spot after church). Dropped off an American flag from Catrina that was very faded at the American Legion. Home Depot was next spot and walked in to "CHRISTMAS"......can't believe we're coming into November with the holidays just around the corner, but with the warm Florida weather, does not seem like Christmas!
Christmas at Home Depot
Got some fuel for Ruby and on home. Mark set to work fixing Flo's hot water heater which was working on propane, but not under electricity. Got that fixed but also working on hot water heating fluid which has a slow leak. That issue is ongoing.
I tackled all the bins of clothing in she shed and organized (wintry clothes ready for travel north over the holidays, etc.) - think I have way too many clothes, but was a productive afternoon and hope to finish up that project tomorrow.
Jim and Lydia arrived at CT this afternoon - glad to have us back here together!
We went to Rib City for dinner - sooo yummy - ribs, slaw and BBQ beans + Texas toast! Rained on our way there - sure wasn't expecting that!
Walked after we got home and visited with Rob and Jonelle
Zoom tonight with 8 siblings - we'll be together next weekend in Milwaukee for our niece, Hannah's wedding.
