Wednesday - April 29

Chilly and windy today,    Wish I had some clothes from the she shed for this weather up north!    We had a leisurely morning reading, doing puzzles, etc.    Then off to town and met Steve and Peggy, long-time friends at Jack's.    We've been here once before and enjoyed it....one of Peggy's favorites.   It was very good and we had a great visit catching up about so much stuff.    Always fun to be with them.

Peggy and Steve

After lunch, we stopped at Kroger's, College Hills Meat Market and on home.   Crazy windy here at KK

I got an e-mail today from our Fort Myers church, St. Francis Xavier that I won $100 in their daily raffle!!!    Nice surprise

I watched episodes 5 and 6 tonight of "Call the Midwife" - I was very teary-eyed and continue to be amazed at how they keep coming up with these story lines - soooo good!

Connor ended his DACC golf career yesterday with a 77 and that had been his Dad's best score.   Patrick would be so proud!!!    Connor's best ever is a 69.
