Thursday - September 3

Hot 'n sunny Thursday.     I was off early this morning to meet Anita for breakfast at The Coffee Hound.   Been a long time since we've been together, so....was fun catching up.    A mutual friend, Joan stopped by and more chatter.    Great to see these gals and the plan is to get together in December at Joan's home!

Mark called while I was there as he had an appointment this morning with Dr. Novotny (my orthopedic doctor) about his right shoulder which has been giving him plenty of discomfort.    After x-rays, he was diagnosed with an irritated rotator cuff.   He will take strong Motrin for 2 weeks and should be good to go - no therapy needed.   Very thankful it wasn't anything worse
as it hurts to drive!

I was then off to therapy and had a good workout with Donna.    She also did some great neck massages.    After 1/2 hour of exercises and 10 minutes of icing, I was on my way to get Mark's prescription and then to Exchange Club for lunch.

Back to Daisy around 1:30 and Mark was just leaving to go into town, so I jumped back in the car and rode with him and we caught up on each other's morning!

Tonight we had a light supper at the Carlock Family Restaurant.   Walked around the park - not too many here tonight, but going to be full this holiday weekend.

Some really awesome photos taken yesterday in Atlantic City of #'s 5 and 6.

Timing is everything!
