  Our "Birthday Boy"!
Luke is 4 today!!!

Although it was chilly this morning, we had clear blue skies and NO wind as we left the dock and Beaufort at 7:10.    What a big change from the past 2 days!!

Today was Connor's 1st track meet of the season for the
Corpus Christi Saints

Before Daddy goes off to work....birthday boy and his new bike

and new fishing pole

We arrived at the Alligator River Marina in the middle of nowhere around 3:00.  Nags Head is straight east of us.     Salt anyone?    We have an extra batch everywhere on Catrina today!    Mark hosed her down and we're good till tomorrow!

We cruised 122 miles today and stayed inside all the way!   Sun is shining, but it's chilly on the water - just barely made it to 60.

We were here in the boonies on the Alligator River on June 24, 2015.   At that time we had some delicious chicken tenders and other sides from the Shell Station (ONLY business along a busy highway).     They are not "in season" yet, so station was closed and no chicken!

Only 3 other boats with us tonight.    I went for a walk - it's a beautiful late afternoon/evening.

We did face time with Luke!   He's had a big day!!!

This lighthouse is right near Catrina
