Sunday - April 2

It's Palm Sunday - this Lenten season has flown by for sure.   We went to 9:30 Mass at St. Francis with Father Anthony.    Had a few errands including Starbucks at The Forum.    We walked in there and oh my, a blast of very COLD air hit us.    Absolutely freezing - the staff likes this and all had on long-sleeved shirts!    Anyway, we grabbed our coffees and back out in the warm sunshine,    While we were waiting, I laughed at all the COLD, COLORFUL drinks waiting for pick-up.

On home and did some piddlies in Flo and also got the laundry started.    We have water in the she shed, just no HOT water.   My Tide detergent pods are for cold water, so I'm good to go.

This afternoon I watched the 2nd episode of "Call the Midwife" and then the Iowa/LSU Women's basketball championship.    We Hawkeye fans were cheering them on but not meant to be as they lost 102-85.

We walked around 6 but still hot and steamy!

Zoom tonight with 8 siblings  - updates on Rich in his new memory care home and how Doris is doing with this big adjustment being on her own; Sharon showed us her big cast on her arm and plenty of other chatter.

Please pray for Beckett
