Beautiful, sunny day and we are off to The Villages to have some fun with Patty and Doug! Soooo good to see them and catch up. Patty and I went to Bealls and then back to their home for delicious lunch on the lanai with beautiful view of the Nancy Lopez golf course.

At 2:30, we went to Sumter landing for the Mardi Gras celebration.......what a happening place. Met Doug's sister, Hope and David from Ohio who are spending the winter here and we parked our chairs to "people" watch with quite an array of beads, masks, clothing, hats, etc.

Back to Patty and Doug's for drinks/appetizers and then we all went to The Oakwood Grill for delicious ribs and all the fixin's. Sad to say good-bye! Just a very fun, fun day!

Tomorrow Lent begins and time to put the skids on all this eating!!!
