Hi all.....sooo much happening here on our Discovery II. Every day is a treat with more spectacular scenery, the fabulous food, wonderful people from all over the USA, along with our beautiful ship. As I write this at 1:45 Wednesday afternoon, we are just arriving in Vienna, Austria on a warm, sunny day. We'll soon be leaving for a 3-hour panoramic bus tour of the city. Barbara, our guide, is sooo fun and been doing this for 11 years. We have 169 passengers on board!

The staff and crew of the Discovery II are just incredible going all out to make this a most memorable experience! This morning we had a demonstration on how to make the perfect apple strudel! Paul, Kathy, Mark and I are having a ball......

Good afternoon Pat: It is now 3:45 here in Morganton and you are probably through with dinner and enjoying after dinner in the lounge. So very, very glad you are having a great time and enjoying Vantage Travel. It has been overcast today with a little rain earlier. The sun is trying to come out now, but they are calling for more rain today. We have never had that many people on one of our tours with Vantage except the South American trip, but that was on a large NCL ship with people other than Vantage travelers. I think one of our trips had 140 and the last one only 120 people on the ships. Safe travels and good fun. We also had an apple strudel lesson with us making the strudel. It was hilarious with all the men trying their hands at making this strudel. We later ate strudel after lunch and wine tasting, but we did not eat the strudel we made. You can imagine was ours looked like. Not a pretty site. Well, hope you continue to have a safe trip with lots of fun, food and visiting great places. Judy
