Mark and his sister Joan (who drove down from Sterling) met at Cracker Barrel at 7:30 and were on their way to St. Louis. They went to the funeral mass, burial and luncheon for Lydia's father.
I went to 8:00 Mass and then had coffee with Claire and long chat at The Coffee Hound. Ran a few errands and then home! Tackled more bins and unpacking.....picked up Liam and Connor from school, they did their homework, visited with Marty (neighbor) and played War with Connor (he won). Anne and Patrick came at 5:40 (after school open house) and we all went to Steak 'n Shake for supper.

Mark got home at 6:30. Going to really heat up next several days (90's) with
just a slight chance of rain in the forecast!
