Saturday - September 24

After all the rain last night, what a spectacular Saturday with clear skies and mid 70's.    We were off at 7:45 for Ironwood Golf Course in Normal to watch the boys play.    Several schools playing.    We met Anne and Mark decided to rent a golf cart as this was a very long course.   It was in the low 50's so a bit nippy riding around but overall, very pleasant.    We only stayed for a few holes for each of the boys.

Onto Meijer for a few things and then home.    We saw Butch and Joyce were still here so walked down to tell them good bye!   They check out a lot of coffee shops like us.....and Butch is "campfire builder extraordinaire".   Sooo much fun the past 2 days!    I made Reuben omelets and toast and had a nice relaxing day.

Last night Mark is tending to a "Butch" campfire which turned out great!

The boys had a great day with Connor shooting a 76 and Liam, 75.    Congrats guys!   I think they do better when we are NOT there.

We went for a long walk in the afternoon - just a delightful day!
