Thursday - November 21

 A beautiful fresh crisp breezy start to the day!    We walked with sweatshirt/jacket and warmed up to the low 70's.

Mark was off to get his new crown at Dr. Baxmann's office.   I went to the first "Chair Yoga" here in the park led by my neighbor, Dawn (7 sites away).    It was a good class and wil help with balance, stretching, etc.    With so many traveling for the holidays, next class will be January 2.

Then I went to the Omni Room for canasta - more fun, but not in the cards today for a win (my partners were Vicki and Donna but we lost to Denise, Michelle and Jo).

On home and later Mark returned with his new crown and a little bit of shopping.    He set to work with the waxing and polishing of Flo and should finish tomorrow.

Walked later in the afternoon.   We had Mandarin Orange Chicken and fried rice from Trader Joe's - soooo yummy!    Brooke had told us about this
