Today was extremely humid - we went for our walk but whew, 95% humidity is not fun to walk in.
Back home for breakfast and cool down and then I walked to the clubhouse to play RummiKube. I first stopped at Farmers Market and met Lydia. I bought a beautiful orchid (2) and she will help me attach to trunk of palm tree where they will bloom! Lots of people have orchids in the park on their palm trees and they require very little care, so......I asked the lady to hold my orchids for me and went on to play RummiKube. Just Anita and I showed up, but we played 3 games (I won 2) and had lots of fun visiting - hearing about their awful ordeal of losing their RV in Asheville during Helene and all they went thru...wow!
I called Mark asking him to pick me up as I had my pretty orchids and the RummiKube and it was very windy. He came to my rescue and on home for lunch. He worked on the pavers while I was gone.
