A great morning to exercise - cool and breezy! We left around 9:45 and drove thru the eastern shore of Maryland and Delaware. Stopped at a roadside market and got a watermelon, tomatoes, peaches and cucumber. Daisy is at the Martinak State Park near Denton, MD. We then drove Toad to St. Michaels (48 miles) and a favorite from 2 previous visits (both by boat) from several years ago. It's just as charming as ever and after a delicious lunch on the waterfront at The Town Dock, I strolled down Talbot Street and enjoyed shop after shop - fun, fun, fun! Mark walked around a bit and then read in the gazebo.
Got back to Daisy around 6:15 and just unwinding after all that shopping - ha! Not hungry after the big lunch, so just had some watermelon which was sweet and delicious!
