Happy May Day and what a perfect spring day it was to welcome in this beautiful month!!! We started back at the exercising on Wednesday and also today (gradually getting back at it after taking time off to do all this house stuff). I got a haircut at 10, ran a few errands and then met Sue, Brenda and Sharon and off we went to the PEO Spring Salad Luncheon at Lake Bloomington - beautiful home, gorgeous setting on the lake and so much delicious food!
Great to be with all these ladies again.
Back home around 3:45 and dug into getting Daisy organized - things are coming together. Steve (estate man) came and hauled another big load away!
Mark and I sat on the porch one last time and had a drink, reminisced, etc.
Tomorrow that furniture goes to Anne and Patrick!
Our neighbor, Marty's daughter, Marta called tonight - we laughed and cried and reminisced about all the good times as next-door neighbors on Jackson Street,
Just heard that Mark's Mom is in the hospital for observation - she had some chest pain, but doctor is thinking it is a tenderness due to her osteoporosis or an inflammation?
