Wednesday - November 13

We left Flo and Cypress Trail at 6:45 - it was 63, very dreary and windy.    I started the driving and we switched about every 2 hours.    Along the way, we had some light misty rain but then the sun came out and clear blue skies all day long.    The temps dropped as we headed north but the lowest  was 48.    That will change overnight....

We drove 550 miles with 425 more to go tomorrow.    Stopped in Wesley Chapel, FL for breakfast and then Mark found a fabulous place in Albany, GA for late lunch.....it was a former nursing home and 5 years ago converted into "The Bread House and Granary".     The decor was sooo neat and quaint, excellent food (we each had a panini - Mark (roast beef) and me (turkey) with good stuff including pimento cheese inside - ah....yes, we are definitely in the south!    Had pasta salad as our side and it was sooo good and then we got some "pecan pie bread pudding to go"......oh my, warm, gooey and delicious - one bite at restaurant and then enjoyed later tonight.

Sinfully good!
The Bread House and Granary

We are in Columbus, GA tonight and just chillin' after a long day of travel.
Tomorrow we'll gain back an hour
