There was a ceremony at Fort McHenry today honoring those who died and reading all the names. Tomorrow, the President is landing by helicopter at Fort McHenry - many special events these next few days in Baltimore for the Star Spangled Spectacular.
Exercised this morning and had a leisurely day overall......after lunch we went to Wal-Mart for some groceries and a few piddlies. This afternoon we were entertained by the Blue Angels as they soared right over Catrina doing their practice. Awesome! It was warm today - almost reached 90 but darn chilly back home in the 50's.!
Our nephew Tom arrived at 7:30 and we had dinner at The Hard Yacht Café. What a happening place with lots of Raven fans cheering on their team - BIG game tonight. Ravens versus the Steelers. Good to catch up with Tom again and he's excited about seeing the Blue Angels for the first time tomorrow.
