Thursday - October 1

What a great day to welcome October....deep blue cloudless skies, 60's for temps and 22 mph winds!

The boys were up before us - what little troopers.    After breakfast, we took them to school and then went to CJ's and met Larry and Roz for breakfast.   Their girls were in school with our older kids and they are big Blue Angel fans.    They met Ryan in Pensacola earlier this summer.

We had so much fun catching up on our families and other stuff with non-stop chatter.   Planning to get together again in December.   Almost 2 1/2 hours later, we said our good-byes.

Mark and I went back to Anne and Patrick's and loaded up the car with our bags and clean laundry (thanks, Anne for use of washer/dryer).    Mark went back to Daisy and I went to Exchange Club for lunch.   We are meeting a few weeks in October as the meals have already been paid for.   More walks down memory lane today as we looked at old pictures and reminisced thru the years.

We took a brisk walk around the park this afternoon - nothing quite like fall in the country!
