Friday - October 5

A beautiful crisp fall day......we left Alex Bay at 9:30 under bright blue skies (38 degrees for a low).    We had a nice short day of 80 miles to Brewerton.    Worked out great to stop here for an overnight and accomplish......2 haircuts, stop at Catrina and get a few things, pick up our mail at Ess-Kay Marina and visit with the office staff and a boater we met several weeks ago.  And of course, lunch at our favorite diner (Brewerton Diner).    Sure have enjoyed several good meals at diners around the NE the past few weeks.

We are staying at the Oneida Shores Campground where we've been before and our neighbors are having a big BBQ tonight for their son and daughter-in-law who were married yesterday.

We had leftovers for supper and enjoyed out last afternoon/evening in Brewerton until next spring!

Still a lot of green in these parts.....but here's some pretty trees at Oneida Shores...

Enjoy your weekend!
