After several days riding in Big Red and all the rain, we decided we needed some exercise. One of the attractions in Clearfield is a "river walk" and thought that would be perfect. Came home from Wal Mart, changed clothes (80 degrees today) and back to Clearfield (6 miles). Well, the river walk is nice with concrete walkway along the Susquehanna River, but it's only about 1/4 mile long??? What a shame this wasn't extended? We walked around a bit more and then decided it was time to eat.....

#1 Trip Advisor restaurant in Clearfield is "Denny's Beer Barrel Pub" so that's where we headed. Wow....parking lot was packed out in the country (many bikers) and inside, it was a happening place with most folks enjoying their beer, burgers and the ballgame (we are in Pittsburgh Steeler country). We got one of the last tables.....huge menu with many different types of burgers and other choices. Excellent burgers + onion rings. It was a fun place and glad we stopped here.

What a horrific accident in upstate NY yesterday involving a limo and 20 people losing their lives. So sad....praying for all the victims and their families.
